A SaaS platform that captures a retiring employee’s institutional knowledge through six AI-guided sessions, then lets their successor query it conversationally. Dual-AI pipeline: Gemini streams the guided interviews over Server-Sent Events, Claude powers successor retrieval. Role-based access control across admin, retiree and successor.

A REST API and dashboard that matches certified crew capacity to maintenance demand, flags aircraft approaching airframe or component service thresholds before failure, and quantifies protected downtime savings. Built on SOLID/DRY business logic with an xUnit test pipeline validating the scheduling algorithms.

Translate stakeholder needs into technical and layman requirement documents for a client-facing SaaS portal — a single-page app backed by a REST API.
- Authored BRDs, SDDs and developer task specs covering a 24-entity relational data model and an OpenAPI backend–frontend contract.
- Specified the security architecture: role-based access control, a per-client server-side authorization model, and an in-portal e-signature service with an immutable audit-hash trail.
- Designed a configurable questionnaire engine with answer-level branching, plus anti-abuse controls (Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limiting) and hashed magic-link resume tokens.
- Built a Python (python-docx) documentation pipeline generating branded client .docx deliverables from Markdown, standardizing requirements across six concurrent web, field-service and fintech builds.
